COMPUTERLINKS has designed a range of technical services to enhance our product offerings.  COMPUTERLINKS will assist and encourage our reseller partners to deliver these services, but offer the alternative option of delivering the services on behalf of our partner.

The recommended packages below provide support for the solution design, implementation and maintance life cycle.  However each service can be tailored to suit the product implementation and customer.

Advance Assessment and Design (AAD)

In advance of product installation, a consultant will provide an assessment of the solution requirements resulting in an implementation proposal based on customer requirements and expert knowledge.  This will include a review of the existing infrastructure where relevant.

Professional Installation (PI)

A vendor-qualified professional consultant will implement the solution, configured based on either an AAD proposal or a specification provided by our partner and/or the end user.  The solution is tested in order to ensure that it meets the defined requirements before a formal acceptance sign-off.

Some scenarions will justify an enhanced installation service.   We can offer asssitance with solution integration,  bespoke user training and extended documentation in addition to the standard professional installation.

Fast Start (FS)

Once a solution is in place, it is vital that the customer understands how to utilise and manage the product from day one.  Our Fast Start training services are designed to bring administrators up to speed with a new solution.   Whilst not a substitute for formal training, a Fast Start session allows an administrator to manage the product from day one.

Advanced Training Sessions (ATS)

A vendor-qualified trainer will provide comprehensive product training, enabling customers to take full advantage of their investment in the product technology.
