Customers with expired accounts dated 2009 and prior can take advantage of this promotion and receive reduced synchronization fees based on the following:

- 10% synchronization fee on accounts that expired during and prior to third quarter of 2009

- 5% synchronization fee on accounts that expired in fourth quarter of 2009

Please note: Only accounts with a renewal date of 2009 and prior are eligible for the discounts. Synchronization fees will be calculated in the support quote tool.
